Meet Jane Meyer
Hi. I am a longtime resident of the Ames area for . . . well, let's just say for many years. I recently retired from ISU after 20 years and now am pursuing this new challenge.
I work in stained glass and dog treats. Not much similarity between the two but, I enjoy them both.
With stained glass, I will be selling small traditional pieces such as crosses, sun catchers, ornaments and stars. But, I like to take untraditional items and incorporate them into stained art glass pieces. So, there may be an occasional surprise pieces as well.
I have been making dog treats for my own dogs for years and they love them. They are my taste testers and they gave me the name for these treats, "Dog Slobber". No actaul slobber is used in the recipes but, when it is treat time they do manage to work up some drool. If you find a favorite, let me know.
There will also be pet bandanas, coats and other miscellaneous gifts.I look forward to meeting you at the Market!
